Respect, harmony, SAFETY, and good coexistence within the house are mainly sought, based on respect and order, so each of the guests will have to respect the following rules.

1. Everyone must make sure to close the door properly when leaving the house.

2. It is forbidden to leave it open or unlocked.

3. Respect the prohibition of lighting candles or using heaters inside the house and inside the rooms.

4. It is obligatory to pay the rent without delay when it is due without extensions.

5. The administration is free to enter the residence at any time in order to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the house.

6. When deemed appropriate, the administration will carry out a visit to the room, to verify its cleanliness and proper use of its facilities.

7. The administration is free to have future guests visit the house and the rooms. The occupant of the room will be notified in advance.

8. Any person who, due to their behavior or negligence, endangers the balance of the residence, may be asked to leave the house as soon as possible without refund or financial adjustment. 9. No alcohol of any kind is allowed in the house, not even to reserve, store, preserve or consume.

10. Visiting hours will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. ONLY in common areas and under no circumstances will this time be exceeded.

11. The limit of visits is restricted to 1 or 2 people only, with prior authorization from the administration. Mass visits are NOT allowed inside the house.

12. In case of illness, a doctor's visit will be accepted at any time.

13. The guest may not receive any type of visitors, residents or non-residents, in their room at any time.

14. Access is prohibited to any person who is not the person occupying the room at any time, short or long; whether family, boyfriend, spouse or friend.

15. People other than those who have made the contract may not come to enjoy any of the services.

16. From 10:00 p.m. in all rooms the acoustic volume must be moderated. 17. In shared rooms, even if only one person requests it, the lights must be turned off and silence must be respected.

18. The night silence must be respected in the hallways and on the stairs. From 10:00 p.m., silence will be absolute.

19. Any annoying behavior of any kind for the rest of the users must be avoided.

20. The consumption of any drug, narcotic, narcotic, hallucinogen, sleeping pill, etc. is not permitted, as well as its apparent unused content.

21. It is 0 (zero) tolerance: arriving, being or remaining in the house in an "inconvenient" state.

22. In this case, if any of the residents are surprised in an "inconvenient" state, it is a non-negotiable reason, nor a second chance, to leave the house and return until their condition is suitable, only and exclusively to vacate the space, within a period of no more than 24 hours, for the safety of all. without any refund or financial adjustment.

23. Celebrations or parties are prohibited and pets are not allowed.

24. The house is 100% SMOKE FREE. Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited inside the house.

25. In case of damaging or dirtying the house or the furniture, the person responsible is the one who pays for the damage caused.

26. Payments of this type are made immediately and in cash.

27. All residents are required to notify 30 days in advance of vacating the room.

28. The security deposit will be allowed to run without exception, in the last month of stay, as long as there is no damage to the house or furniture caused by accident or negligence.

29. It is prohibited to carry out any act that causes damage or harm to the house or other inhabitants.

30. If the person responsible for the damage is not identified, all guests will be held jointly liable with their respective guarantees.

31. We are committed to protecting the environment and nature. Therefore, waste or disproportionate use of the services provided must be avoided, as well as reducing water and energy consumption.

32. Likewise, all occupants must avoid leaving any type of electrical device on or connected.

33. If the Guest brings their own high-consumption electrical equipment (cell phone chargers, computers, radios or dryers are not high-consumption), authorization from the administration is required before connecting it to the electrical grid.

34. The availability of the rooms is restricted exclusively for accommodation purposes.

35. The minimum stay is 6 months.

36. For hygiene reasons, the guest must bring their own bedding (sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows).

37. Guests will leave the common areas clean, free and tidy every time they use them, paying special attention to the use of the dining room, the bathroom and taking care of the good appearance of the rooms.

38. The use of the guest toilet is limited to the exclusive use of visitors, so each room has its own.

39. Cooking and eating in the bedrooms is prohibited.

40. The use of electrical appliances to prepare food and drinks in the rooms is prohibited for fire safety reasons.

41. It is the responsibility of each resident to keep their valuables out of the reach of anyone.

42. The administration is not responsible for theft or damage to property owned and deposited in the apartment by guests, or for damage caused by force majeure.

43. It is the responsibility of each resident to keep, store and monitor their VALUABLES.

44. Guests will respect and will not dispose of any object or food that is not their exclusive property. If they do so, they are obliged to replace it within a maximum period of 24 hours. 45. All occupants of rooms must ensure general order and care for the facilities, furniture and belongings provided for individual and collective use.

46. Any damage or defect must be reported immediately.

47. All guests must respect the decoration of the house and, unless expressly authorized by the administration, will not introduce other furniture into the house.

48. Nailing or sticking objects to the walls or making any modifications is not permitted. The equipment in each room must be kept in perfect condition and belongs to each room; therefore, no equipment may be moved from one room to another.

49. The equipment and furniture in the common areas belong to the place where they are located and may not be moved to any other place.

50. The regulations must be respected at all times by all guests, otherwise they will be forced to leave the property.

51. All guests must read, understand and apply the provisions contained in these regulations once their entry into the property has been accepted.

52. After which no guest may claim ignorance of the same.

53. Upon signing this contract, a duplicate key (entrance and room) will be provided. In case of loss, there will be an additional cost for replacement.

54. MEDICAL AND HEALTH DECLARATION

It is recommended that students disclose any mental or physical problem, illness, allergy, disability or condition that could affect the well-being of any other student or staff member, requiring supervision, treatment or emergency intervention during their stay.

55. The use of the room and signing of these regulations means full acceptance of its content.

56. The violation of any of the conditions is sufficient reason for immediate eviction from the room, making the respective economic adjustment and without any harm to the administration.
